Types and characteristics of lead tin wire and lead-free tin wire
Tin wire is a kind of product in solder, tin wire can be divided into lead tin wire and lead free tin wire two kinds, are used for welding circuit board:
Types of lead tin wires:
1. 63 / 37 tin wire / 6337 solder wire (Sn63 / Pb37)
2. Wash free tin wire / wash free solder wire (solder joints do not need to be cleaned after welding)
3. High temperature tin wire / high temperature solder wire (high temperature welding above 280 ℃)
4. Small rosin tin wire / small rosin solder wire (flux < 1.6%)
5. The welding of solid core tin wire / solid core solder wire (solid core does not contain flux) on circuit board is composed of tin and lead.
Features of lead tin wire:
★ electrolytic materials, bright solder joints, good wettability and easy to tin.
★ the diameter of tin wire / tin wire can be customized by customers (0.5-3.5mm).
★ composite flux, no splash during welding, can be customized by customers.
★ the flux is evenly distributed, and there is no flux breaking in the wire core.
★ the winding is neat without knotting, easy to weld and high efficiency.
Types of lead-free tin wire:
1. Tin copper lead-free tin wire / lead-free tin wire (sn99.3cu0.7)
2. Tin silver copper lead-free tin wire / lead-free tin wire (sn96.5ag3.0cu0.5)
3. 0.3 silver lead-free tin wire / lead-free tin wire (sn99ag0.3cu0.7)
4. Small rosin lead-free tin wire / lead-free tin wire (flux content 1.6%)
5. Solid core lead-free tin wire / lead-free tin wire (excluding flux composition)
Characteristics of lead-free solder wire:
★ made of pure tin, with good wettability, conductivity and thermal conductivity.
★ the flux is moderate and does not splash during welding. It can be customized by customers.
★ the flux is evenly distributed, and there is no flux breaking in the wire core.
★ the winding is neat without knotting, easy to weld and high efficiency.
★ environment friendly lead-free solder wire meets ROHS standard and SGS certification.
